What time can we access our room?
Arrival time is 3:00. If you arrive earlier do not hesitate to drop off your luggage at the hotel; it will be our pleasure to keep it if you wish to begin your exploration of the city.
What time should we leave our room?
Departure time is 11:00.
Does the hotel have a Wi-Fi network?
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms, as well as in the common areas.
Do you serve breakfast and, if so, starting at what time? At what price?
We offer a continental breakfast buffet every day from 8:00 to 11:00 for $14 + taxes. You will find a choice of hot drinks, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, cheese, cold meats, fruit juices and our pastries baked on site every morning.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
The hotel does not have an elevator but we will be happy to take your luggage to your room.
Is there a workspace in the bedrooms?
All rooms have a desk or table.
Where can we park our car?
Directly at the hotel; we have our own parking lot (some fees apply, upon reservation).
Can we bring our pet?
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Can I request an extra bed in a room?
The Hotel does not offer an extra bed; the maximum number of occupants per room is specified in room descriptions.
Do you offer discounts for CAA/Age d'Or members?
We do not have discounts for CAA/Age d'Or members.
What are your cancellation conditions?
- Regular Tariff:
Cancellation between the date of reservation and 3 days before the date of arrival - fees: 20$ plus tax Cancellation between 3 days and the date of arrival - 100% of the stay charged
Once the reservation is confirmed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
The total amount of the stay as well as the taxes (considered as deposit) will be immediately charged on your credit card without any possibility of refund, for any reason.
Can you recommend restaurants near the hotel?
To see the list of restaurants we recommend, visit the "Address Book" section of our website. That said, it will be our pleasure to discuss the various options available during your stay and to reserve a table for you.
Can I smoke in the establishment?
The hotel is strictly non-smoking, both inside and in the outdoor common areas.
Is it possible to add a crib in the bedroom?
We provide beds for babies in certain categories of rooms. This equipment (1 baby bed per room) must be reserved at the same time as the room. This service is offered free of charge.
Categories of rooms in which a crib can be installed: Thematic, Junior Suite and Junior Suite with two Queen Beds.
Do you have communicating rooms?
The hotel does not have communicating rooms. That said, by booking our 2 standard rooms or our 2 junior suites with 2 queen size beds, you will be alone on your floor.
Do the rooms have a safe?
Rooms are not equipped with a safe.
What is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Quebec Jean Lesage Airport (YQB) and the fastest way to get to or from there is by taxi. The cost is $35, it's a flat rate.
Which is the nearest station?
The nearest train station is the Gare du Palais and the fastest way to get to or from there is to take a taxi. The cost is approximately $10 per trip.
Is the hotel located in Old Quebec?
We are in the heart of Old Quebec, just behind Chateau Frontenac, within walking distance of all points of interest in the city.
I wish to modify or cancel a reservation. Who should I contact?
To modify or cancel a reservation, use the same method used to book. This is particularly important for reservations made through intermediaries (Expedia, Hotels.com etc...); please use their internet platforms directly or communicate directly with the call center of the intermediary with whom you made the reservation.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before my check in or after my check-out?
It will be our pleasure to keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
